The overall objective of this research is to develop cellular concretes and/or foams from geopolymers based on highly available local waste and recycled aluminium foaming agents., thus contributing to the development of a sustainable economy. In addition, different foaming methods found in the literature will be studied in order to obtain the best results and the possibility of adding recycled foaming agents to reduce the environmental footprint of the final products will be investigated.
