Alert, information and dissemination of relevant interest for the construction sector, on regulations, legislation, aid and subsidies as well as technological surveillance and dissemination, industrial property, to promote the development and growth of the sector.

The Construction Technology Centre of the Region of Murcia, through its OTRI departmentoffers companies information of great interest related to multiple aspects that need to be constantly updated, such as:

1. Regulatory information: Consultation of the most important standards that must be taken into account in any project, validity of the provisions and aspects covered. The regulations that can be consulted are: Technical Building Code, EHE, Technological Building Regulations, ISO, Basic Building Regulations, General State Regulations, UNE Regulations, CE Marking.

2. Information on the legislation in force:
Legal provisions, regulations, specifications, instructions that affect the construction sector at regional, national and international level, information and advice on grants and subsidies: Calls for applications at regional, national and international level.

3. Technological consultations:

  • Search service for information from different sources.
  • Alerts tailored to a certain profile.
  • Consultation on scientific and technological innovations relevant to the sector.

4. Information to companies on conferences, fairs and congresses of interest to the sector.

This tool enables companies in the construction sector to identify their technology needs and innovation opportunitiesThe aim is for them to be able to design and develop R&D&I projects, with the collaboration of other agents in the Innovation System (Technology Centres, Universities, etc.).

  • FORTNIGHTLY E-NEWSLETTER: It includes news, Bibliographic novelties, Events, Technological Offers and Demands, Grants and Subsidies of interest, Patents and Utility Models, etc. We also highlight the latest news in the sector together with information on Courses, Technical Conferences, Workshops, Colloquiums, etc.
  • EXPRESS BULLETIN: Newsletter launched with current and urgent information for companies in the construction sector.

 

3. Technology Watch Service:

 

  • Sectoral VT reports: is responsible for monitoring scientific and technical developments, products and services, manufacturing processes, materials and their processing chains, information technologies and systems, legislation and regulations, the economy, etc. at the request of the contracting company.
  • State of the Art Reports: Alert reports on any scientific or technical innovations that could create opportunities and threats for the sector.

The Technology Transfer is a mechanism for the propagation of capabilities. The objective of technology transfer collaborations is to foster the development and growth of the various sectors of society through access to the knowledge and experience of research, innovation and technological development groups and entities.
