Amount:
The direct costs of research personnel. This is calculated on the basis of gross salary plus compulsory social security contributions payable by the company for the time spent on the research project.
- Contract research costs. The amount of these costs may not exceed 60 % of the total eligible costs of the project. If applicable, the amount exceeding this limit shall not be eligible.
- Indirect costs (25% of total direct personnel costs)
Beneficiary:
SMEs and non-SMEs that meet certain requirements.
Eligible expenditure:
- The direct costs of research personnel, technical personnel and auxiliary personnel dedicated, in whole or in part, to the implementation of the subsidised project and who have an employment contract with the beneficiary company.
- Costs of contract research, knowledge and patents acquired or licensed from external sources on an arm's length basis, as well as the costs of consultancy and equivalent services used exclusively for research and development activities.
