The projection that precast concrete elements with air purification capacity have taken on in recent years, especially through the application of photocatalytic technology, has led to a growing interest in this characteristic being certified in order to offer greater guarantees of reliability. For this reason, ANDECE, which holds the secretariat of the technical certification committee CTC045 of AENOR's N Mark for precast concrete products, has coordinated the introduction of this feature in the certification of several products, such as concrete paving blocks, tiles and kerbs.
