The objective of the project is to research and develop new types of soil-cement or gravel-cement with high bituminous mix compositions, with the aim of obtaining higher strengths and durability from in situ recycling of existing asphalt pavements. The recycling of pavements transforms a deteriorated pavement into a new base layer, using the existing road itself as a source of raw materials.
