Objective of the project

The main objective of the project is to investigate a methodology that allows asphalt mixtures to be designed in the laboratory and to evaluate / predict the safety of the pavement through its long-term non-slip behavior, simulating the action of traffic. For this, work is carried out in the test described in the standard UNE.EN 12697-49- “Determination of friction in hot bituminous mixtures after polishing- (FAP). Wehner et Schulze (W&S) method ”
