Objective of the project

The RESBIM Project addresses the integration of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and GIS (Geographic Information System) systems to develop a novel platform where the different types of construction and demolition waste in a given area can be extracted, classified, geolocated and consulted. The Project aims to provide the management of construction waste with a tool that, at the right time and with an essential geographical component, alerts us to the existence of classified waste from the Project itself in BIM, facilitating the matching of supply and demand.

The project is financed with a 100% FLOAT FUND GRANT of the eligible investment or expenditure, amounting to 79,928.44 Euros, 80% of which is co-financed (i.e. up to 63,942.75 Euros) by the ERDF Global Grant, of which the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia is the intermediary body.
