The National Congress of Advanced Architecture 4.0 will analyse the latest trends in the building sector through digitalisation, sustainability and industrialisation.
REBUILD is an event designed from the industry and for the industry; a platform for knowledge and information that has contributed, over the last four years, to improving and boosting the production and business model of the construction market in Spain. In this edition, and as an added value, the fair will have 18,000m2 of exhibition area where 280 leading firms will present their latest developments as a sign of the beginning of the recovery and the motivation of the construction sector towards a transformation of the production model.
In addition, the National Congress on Advanced Architecture 4.0, held within the framework of REBUILD, is expanding this year to five auditoriums where some 400 speakers will shed light on all the trends that will mark the path of the future of industry through digitalisation, decarbonisation, new materials and industrialisation.
Networking activities will be key at REBUILD, one of the main ones being the Leadership Summit, where the main leaders of the most important companies in the industry will meet. The Industrialisation Challenge will also be held, a meeting between the most innovative companies in industrialised solutions and the main developers and builders, where very productive synergies can be created for all the agents. Another new feature of this edition will be the Economic Breakfast for Developers, organised by Deloitte, where the study of the real estate sector and its main challenges in 2022 will be presented.
The Construction Tech Startup Forum will bring together the best entrepreneurs and startups that are making an impact in the key areas of this event: advanced architecture, space design, construction 4.0, new materials, rehabilitation, renovation and improvement of buildings and homes. In addition, the Advanced Architecture Awards 2021 return once again to Madrid to recognise the work, the Rebuild is an event of: leadership and the effort made by those companies and professionals who are committed to transformation, disruption and innovation.
