Bases regulating public aid for strategic research and innovation projects RIS3MUR

Extract
Beneficiaries.
Voluntary groupings of at least five agents of the Regional System of Science, Technology and Enterprise (SRCTE) of which at least two of them are companies or their associations and whose corporate or foundational purpose is the development of activities in at least one of the areas of leadership, potential or tractor activities contained in the RIS3Mur Strategy; that execute eligible expenditure within the framework of a RIS3mur Strategic Project.

Object.
The granting of public aid on a competitive basis to finance the Strategic Projects included in the Strategy.
of Specialisation and Innovation for the Smart Specialisation of the Region of Murcia (RIS3Mur Strategy).

Regulatory bases.

The aid contemplated in this call is governed by the Order of 2 June 2016, of the Regional Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism and Employment which regulates the bases for the granting of public aid to finance the Strategic Projects contemplated in the Research and Innovation Strategy for the RIS3Mur Strategy (BORM 147 of 27 June 2016), amended by the Order of the Regional Ministry of Employment, Universities and Enterprise which amends the Order of 2 June 2016 (BORM 44, of 22 February 2018).

Amount.
The projects submitted must have a minimum eligible budget of €600,000 and a maximum eligible budget of €1,000,000. The minimum participation per beneficiary shall be 5% of the project's eligible budget, however, the business participation shall not be less than 30% of the project's eligible budget. A business participation shall mean the sum of the participations of the enterprises, irrespective of whether they are public or private, and no single enterprise shall account for more than 70% of the total business participation. The maximum credit earmarked to finance this call for aid is 4,428,960 euros. This amount may be increased by an additional amount when there is an increase in the credit available prior to the granting of the aid regulated by this Resolution.

Deadline for submission of applications.
The deadline for submitting applications is 30 working days from the date of entry into force of the call for applications.

Other data.
The projects must be drawn up in a scientific-technical and economic report and require the adoption of a signed collaboration agreement.

These grants are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), with a co-financing rate of 80% within the ERDF Operational Programme of the Region of Murcia 2014-2020.
