Call for applications for the aid programme for energy efficiency actions in SMEs and large companies in the industrial sector.

The extract from the call for proposals, the full text of which is available for consultation on the National Grants Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/587667)

Beneficiaries:

a) Companies that are considered SMEs or large companies in the industrial sector, whose CNAE 2009 is among those indicated in Article 6, section a) of the Order of Regulatory Bases.

(b) energy service companies, defined as the broadest possible definition of organisations providing energy services.

Object:

The purpose of this call is to encourage and promote the implementation of actions that reduce carbon dioxide emissions and final energy consumption by improving energy efficiency.

They have to fit into one or more of the following typologies:

1) Measure 1. Improvement of technology in industrial equipment and processes.

2) Measure 2. Implementation of energy management systems.

Minimum and maximum amount of eligible investments.

Thus, for small and medium-sized enterprises, these investment thresholds (minimum amount) will be €50,000 of eligible investment for Measure 1 (Improvement of technology in industrial equipment and processes) and €20,000 of eligible investment for Measure 2 (Implementation of energy management systems).

For large enterprises, a threshold (minimum amount) of €150,000 of eligible investment is established for Measure 1 (Improvement of technology in industrial equipment and processes) and €30,000 of eligible investment for Measure 2 (Implementation of energy management systems).

Deadline for the execution of the actions.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13.4 of the Order, the deadline for completion of the aided actions is set at twenty-four months from the date of notification of the decision granting the aid.

Submission and deadline.

Applications must be submitted electronically, using the specific form provided for this purpose at the following Internet address www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirectoFor this purpose, the aid applicant must have a qualified electronic certificate or a qualified electronic signature certificate issued by providers included in the 'trusted list of certification service providers', a list of which is available at the above Internet address.

Grant applications may be submitted from 9.00 a.m. on the day following publication of the extract of the call for proposals until midnight on 30 June 2023, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 11.3 of the Order.
