TicCámaras is an initiative aimed at SMEs and the self-employed in the area of the Murcia Chamber of Commerce, with the financial support of the European Regional Development Fund and the Murcia Chamber of Commerce.
Needs analysis (Phase I)
In a first phase, a specialised tutor carries out an analysis of the current level of ICT usage in the company and recommends a series of improvements through new technologies. This phase is free of charge some for the company.
Implementation (Phase II)
Following this analysis, the beneficiary company will be able to develop, in collaboration with specialised companies of its choice, the implementation of the projects recommended in the diagnostic phase. The company pre-finances the full expenditure of up to €7,000 (it would subsequently receive aid from 70%, i.e. up to €4,900). In addition, the plan will be monitored by the chamber tutor.

Actions to disseminate / raise awareness of the use of new technologies and their advantages for SMEs.
