The Instituto de Fomento is organising, within the Plan Contract-Región de Murcia of the Plan de Promoción Exterior, a conference on BIM and risk management in the Contract Channel.
BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a collaborative work methodology between the different operators in the value chain of the Contract channel that is becoming essential for accessing projects, especially international projects. It improves the optimisation and management of projects between the different actors involved. The second part of the conference will deal in a practical way with the identification and management of the main risks (strategic, business, economic, etc.) faced by a company in the international Contract Channel, which will be followed by a round table discussion.
