Publication of "Europe Voucher" grants

Published in the BORM on 15 June, extract of the Resolution of 5 June 2018 of the President of the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia of the call for aid to encourage the hiring of advisory services in the preparation of proposals for European programmes and projects (Cheque-Europe).

Applications for grants and applications for membership from service providers may be submitted from 9.00 a.m. on the day after the publication of the extract of this call until 29 December 2018, unless the budget of the Call has been exhausted beforehand.

Beneficiaries:

SMEs whose activity is the object of the project is located in the Autonomous Community of Murcia and from any sector of activity except those dedicated to fishing and aquaculture, primary production of agricultural products, and the acquisition of road freight transport vehicles granted to companies that carry out road freight transport operations on behalf of others, in the terms set out in the Programme Annex I of the Bases Reguladoras.

Object:

The purpose of this call, in accordance with the concession system provided for in Article 22 of Law 7/2005, of 18 November, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to provide incentives for the contracting of advisory services for the preparation of proposals for European programmes and projects (Europe-Check), and for the accession of accredited service providers.

Regulatory Bases.

Order of 22 June 2016 of the Regional Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism and Employment approving the regulatory bases for aid from the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia to encourage the hiring of advisory services in the preparation of proposals for European programmes and projects, (Cheque-Europe), published in the BORM no. 162 of 14 July 2016.

Amount of the subsidy.

The maximum amount of subsidy to be provided by the Instituto de Fomento to each beneficiary may not exceed 10,000 euros under each call, and the maximum intensity of the subsidy may not exceed 80% in terms of gross subsidy on eligible expenditure, in accordance with the provisions of the Programme in Annex 1 of the Bases Reguladoras.

Together with the award decision, annexed to the notification of the award, a cheque will be issued which may be handed over by the beneficiary to the service provider as part of the payment for the work carried out.

Submission and deadline.

Interested parties must send their application to the Presidency of the Instituto de Fomento by telematic presentation of applications and complementary documentation, in accordance with the model that can be found at the Internet address: www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto.

The applicant must have a qualified user certificate issued by a Certification Authority. The list of these Certification Authorities will be available at the above Internet address.

Accessions of service providers.

1. Those natural persons (self-employed) or legal entities, of a private nature, regardless of their legal form, who habitually provide consultancy and advisory services in the preparation of proposals for inclusion in R&D&I Programmes in international cooperation, and who have the resources and personnel with sufficient capacity and experience, interested in joining the aid programme provided for in this Order that regulates this call, for the performance of the services, must request their prior membership from the Instituto de Fomento, according to the standard form that will be provided on the Internet at the address: http://www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto

2. The procedure for accession and requirements for service providers shall be as set out in section 3 of Annex II of the Regulatory Bases.
