Beneficiaries. 1. SMEs that carry out activities included in any of the following headings of the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE 2009), approved by Royal Decree 475/2007, of 13 April (BOE no. 102, of 28 April 2007), shall be eligible for the aid provided for in these Bases. 102, of 28 April 2007): a) Sections C, D, E and F-Divisions 10 to 43 b) Section H-Divisions 49 to 53. c) Section I-Divisions 55 to 56 d) Section J-Divisions 58 to 63. e) Section M-Divisions 69 to 74. Undertakings engaged in financial activities, in real estate, in the primary production of agricultural products or in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors shall not be eligible.
Projects for the implementation of technologies for digital transformation, which have an impact on the company's key business processes, will be eligible for subsidy and will aim to achieve one of the following objectives as a guideline:
- Customise products and services, adapting them to the needs of each client,
- To make production means, logistics and distribution more flexible and efficient,
- Improve customer experience,
- Improve relations with suppliers, the public administration and other entities,
- Analyse and exploit available information for better decision making.
To achieve these objectives, the UNE 0060:2018 specifications (https://www.industriaconectada40.gob.es/estrategias-informes/Paginas/especificaciones-une.aspx) provide an indicative, non-exhaustive list of technologies that can be used as a reference for defining projects.
Optionally, projects may include external work for the redesign of the business model or optimisation of key processes of the company, in the areas that will be impacted by the technologies to be implemented. This will also be considered as eligible project expenditure.
Amount of the subsidy. 1. The maximum amount of the grant to be provided by the Instituto de Fomento to each beneficiary shall be established in the calls for proposals, which may in no case exceed one hundred thousand euros (€100,000.00). The maximum intensity of the subsidy may not exceed 70% in terms of gross subsidy on eligible expenditure. An applicant may only be the beneficiary of one project subsidised under these regulatory bases in any of their calls for proposals.
