Purpose. The purpose of this Order is to establish, in accordance with the grant scheme provided for in Article 22 of Law 7/2005, of 18 November, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the regulatory bases for the award of grants aimed at Innovative and Scalable Companies in order to provide added value to the regional productive fabric, under the Aid Programme that is attached as Annex I to this Order, and within the Action Line 21, of the ERDF Operational Programme of Murcia, 2014-2020 (Specific Objective 3.1.2).
Beneficiaries. 1.- The aid provided for in these Bases will be available to companies that have a corporate form and that meet the following requirements: - They must be small companies. - That they are registered in the Mercantile Register or the corresponding one, in corporate form, as of 1 January of the fourth calendar year prior to that of the call for applications. - That they are Innovative and Scalable Companies, for which they must accredit that their Business Model is innovative and scalable, in accordance with the provisions of article 3.2 of these conditions. - That it is an unlisted company, that it has not distributed profits and that it is not the result of a merger or concentration process with another/s, and that it has not taken over the activity of another company. - That they carry out the subsidised activities within the geographical area of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, by means of a work centre open in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. - Whose activity falls within the areas considered priorities in the Smart Specialisation Strategy of the Region of Murcia (RIS3MUR - RIS3MUR).
Amount of the grant. 1. The maximum amount of grant to each beneficiary per call shall be fifty thousand euros (€50,000.00). The maximum grant intensity may not exceed 60% in terms of gross grant on eligible expenditure. 2. If, as a result of obtaining a grant, financial returns are generated for the beneficiaries, these shall be applied to increase the amount of the grant awarded.
