This document has been prepared by the technical services of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda in order to facilitate the approach to the recently approved Royal Decree 732/2019, of 20 December, which amends the Technical Building Code approved by Royal Decree 314/2006, of 17 March, providing information on the basic concepts related to the regulatory amendment.
Which documents are affected by this amendment?
DB-HE "Energy Saving". All its requirements are modified. -
DB-HS A new basic requirement "Protection against radon gas" (HS6) is introduced. -
DB-SI "Safety in case of fire". The regulation relating to the external spread of fire is modified. -
Normative references of all basic documents are updated.
It came into force on 28/12/19 and after six months of voluntary compliance it will become mandatory on 28/06/2020 + number of calendar days of the state of alert.
