First. Beneficiaries:
Small companies that carry out the subsidised activities within the geographical area of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through a work centre open in this community, and whose activity falls within the areas considered priorities in the Smart Specialisation Strategy of the Region of Murcia (RIS3MUR - RIS3MUR). www.carm.es/ris3).
Second. Object:
The purpose of this multi-annual call, in accordance with the concession system provided for in Article 22 of Law 7/2005, of 18 November, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to promote the creation, start-up and consolidation of newly created innovative companies in the Region of Murcia by supporting the activities and costs of newly created innovative companies, linked to the cash contributions paid in by private investors through contributions to the company's share capital, as well as, where appropriate, the corresponding share premium.
Third. Regulatory bases.
Order of 6 June 2018, approving the regulatory bases for aid from the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia aimed at the entry of private investors in innovative start-ups, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), published in the BORM no. 140 of 20 June 2018 and amended by Order of 9 November 2018 of the Regional Ministry of Employment, Universities, Enterprise and Environment, published in the BORM no. 265 of 16 November 2018.
Fourth. Financing.
The maximum available credit available for this multiannual call is two hundred thousand euros (200.000,00.-€), with the following estimated distribution:
Annuity 2021: 60.000,00 €.
Annuity 2022: 140.000,00 €.
This appropriation will be financed up to 80%, or at a higher co-financing rate if agreed, with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), i.e. up to one hundred and sixty thousand euros (€160,000.00), allocated to the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia under the global grant established by Commission Decision C(2015) 3408, approving the ERDF Operational Programme for Community intervention 2014-2020.
Five. Amount of the subsidy.
The maximum amount of subsidy to be provided by the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia may not exceed 20,000.00 euros per beneficiary. The amount of the subsidy will be the result of applying 100% on the first 10,000.00 euros of the contribution made to the share capital, and, where appropriate, the issue premium, by the private investor, plus 25% on the amount exceeding that amount, up to a maximum amount of subsidy to be provided by the Instituto de Fomento of 20,000.00 euros per beneficiary.
Sixth. Eligible or eligible costs.
Eligible expenditure under this programme is as follows:
Direct personnel wage costs including compulsory social contributions borne by the company, provided that the creation and recruitment of the employment has not benefited from any type of aid, all this increased by 15% corresponding to the allocation of indirect costs of the beneficiary in accordance with the provisions of Article 68(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of 17 December 2013.
Expenditure on external collaborations (contracts with third parties) directly related to the enterprise's main activity, including expenditure on the rental of buildings, installations and production equipment, which may be financed by renting, leasing or renting.
Investments in tangible and intangible assets.
Seventh. Submission and deadline.
Interested parties should address their application to the Presidency of the Instituto de Fomento by submitting applications and additional documentation electronically, in accordance with the model that can be found at the Internet address: www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto
The applicant must have a qualified electronic certificate or qualified electronic signature certificate issued by providers included in the "Trusted List of Certification Service Providers", a list of which is available at the above-mentioned Internet address.
The grant application may be submitted from 9 a.m. on the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the BORM until midnight on 31 December 2021, unless the budget of the call has been exhausted before the end of the call.
