The Council of Ministers has approved the Royal Decree regulating the Fund for Ecological Restoration and Resilience (FESR).FRER) to facilitate the implementation of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan funds (PRTR). 198 million in 2021, which will be substantially increased in 2022 and 2023, to implement investments in climate change, pollution prevention, biodiversity protection, water, coasts, meteorology and climatology, among others.
