The Ministry for Ecological Transition has launched a public consultation process on the modification of Royal Decree 235/2013, of 5 April, which approves the Basic Procedure for the Energy Performance Certification of Buildings. The deadline for the submission of allegations is 9 April.
The purpose of this consultation is to obtain the opinion of the persons, professionals in the sector and entities affected by the proposed regulation, in compliance with article 26.2 of Law 50/1997, of 27 November, of the Government.
Among other aspects, the consultation proposes questions such as the factors to be taken into account to improve the procedure for the Energy Performance Certification of Buildings, on the procedure for reporting the energy performance of a dwelling or the requirements for certification technicians.
The deadline for submitting comments is 9 April 2019.
