Eligible actions will necessarily be framed within one of the following programmes established in the State Housing Plan 2018-2021:
- Programme to promote the improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability in housing (Programme 1).
- Programme for the promotion of conservation and improvement of safety and accessibility in housing (Programme 2).
3. The rehabilitation interventions to be subsidised are grouped into the following fields of action
a) Developments in single-family detached houses or grouped in rows, urban or rural (Type 1).
b) Actions on common elements of buildings of collective residential housing typology, including those carried out inside the dwellings, where appropriate (Type 2).
c) Actions in dwellings located in collective residential buildings (Type 3).
