Energy-efficient housing

There is a long way to go to reach the 2050 target. That is why it is vitally important to work on all fronts and, above all, to reduce emissions from the most polluting elements such as homes and buildings, which cause 56% of pollution, followed by cars (13%), industrial production processes (10%), energy use in industry (7%) and agriculture (5%). It should also be noted that 5% of emissions are produced by energy generation and transport, according to data from the EEA (European Environment Agency).

Passive buildings have made their main commitment to society, and that is to reduce pollutant emissions.

Work is underway to achieve the 2050 targets, but there is still a long way to go. That is why it is important that public administrations, professionals and users alike commit to building a more sustainable world capable of facing the environmental challenges of the future because, without a doubt, it will directly affect everyone's lives.
