To do so, it uses a technology that is widely contrasted in the international environment. The Region of Murcia is the first in Spain to incorporate it.<\/p>\n<p>This technology crosses geopositioned information databases so that companies can autonomously carry out their market studies, implementation analyses and obtain territorial economic reports by means of:<\/p>\n<p>1.- Official statistical information for each municipality:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demographics, training and specialisation of the workforce.<\/li>\n<li>Companies: potential partners, suppliers, customers or competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Economic and business activity data, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.- Geopositioned location of the facilities of interest to the investor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industrial estates: map, infrastructures and services available in them.<\/li>\n<li>Educational, sports and health facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation, catering and leisure facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Transport infrastructure, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Search engine for industrial and commercial properties (plots, warehouses, offices, coworking, commercial premises, business incubators, etc.) where the following services are provided free of charge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search for properties and\/or plots of land.<\/li>\n<li>Publication of public, private and professional properties available for sale and\/or rent.\n<p>The Instituto de Fomento has launched a tool for territorial competitive intelligence that facilitates <strong>analysis, preparation of market studies and business implementation projects<\/strong>.
