The report reflects a <strong>growth of 10,3%<\/strong> in residential building costs during 2018, continuing the financial trend that started in 2015.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infoconstruccion.es\/media\/uploads\/noticias\/grafico.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The data have revealed a considerable increase in the most characteristic items of the building sector, such as the <strong>facades<\/strong>the <strong>interior partitions<\/strong> or the <strong>structure<\/strong>. Within these, the exponential growth of labour costs predominates, the one with the greatest weight on the total, as these are intensive activities, and which is added to a slight increase in the price of materials. On the other hand, <strong>glassworks<\/strong> is the activity that has slowed its growth the most, by 1.2% compared to the 25.2% increase in 2017.
