They make it possible to evaluate and check the environmental impact of a building from the time it is constructed until the end of its useful life. The BIM system allows a quick and precise calculation of all the volumes of materials, which speeds up the process and allows the most suitable materials to be chosen in order to be eligible to obtain the certificates.
