REGISTER<\/a><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The next 18 June<\/strong>the Science Park<\/strong> of the Region of Murcia will host the Conference \"CIRCULARITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR\".<\/strong>. This initiative seeks to highlight the importance of sustainability and circularity in a key sector for the economy and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day will begin at 10:00h with the inauguration by Antonio Trigueros, who will present the objectives of this meeting focused on the transformation of the sector towards more sustainable practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was followed by Silvia P\u00e9rez, from CETENMA<\/a>The European Commission will introduce the call for access to the dynamic catalogue of the Observatory on Circular Economy and Business Sustainability. LOOPA<\/a>highlighting the innovations and strategies <\/strong>that are being implemented to improve sustainability in construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pablo Candela, from RNC<\/a>will open this section by explaining how her company has managed to transform waste into resources. Pilar Hidalgo, from Cementos La Cruz<\/a>will detail the efforts made to reduce carbon footprint <\/strong>in raw materials, while Joaqu\u00edn, of Mundejo Houses<\/a>will present the progress in industrialised construction<\/strong>underlining its role in sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day will also include a networking space and a coffee break, allowing attendees to exchange ideas and establish professional contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second block of the event will be dedicated to the future of training in sustainability <\/strong>in the construction sector. Roberto Rodr\u00edguez, from CTCON<\/a>will present the project ERASMUS+ SUSTAINABUILD<\/a>which focuses on training on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the sector<\/strong>. Marina Sanchez, from CTCON<\/strong>will address the project ERASMUS+ BIM-LCA<\/a>focused on the life cycle analysis<\/strong> in the sector, a key tool for assessing and improving the environmental impact of construction projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This day will not only provide knowledge and experience, but will also drive the adoption of innovations that will contribute to a more sustainable future for the construction industry and society at large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event is aimed at industry professionals, academics and all those interested in sustainability and innovation in construction, offering a unique opportunity to learn and collaborate in the development of a more environmentally responsible sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
