The Construction Technology Centre (CTCON) attended as an exhibitor at the University Job Fair organised by the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), held on 26th March at the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture. This event represented a valuable opportunity to connect with emerging talent in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the fair, the CTCON team presented the job opportunities available in the centre's current research and innovation projects, with a special focus on the areas of sustainable construction and digitalisation. Contacts were made with students in their final years of Civil Engineering, Architecture and other related technical disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participation coincided with the presence of leading companies in the sector such as PAVASAL and FRUMECAR, with whom the vision of a more innovative and sustainable construction industry was shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CTCON thus reinforces its commitment to attracting qualified talent and knowledge transfer, consolidating its position as a technological benchmark in the construction sector.
