Objective: To present the EILA Plan and present the statistical reports of the 2018 results. Likewise, and given the immediate appearance of the Structural Code, it has been considered appropriate to dedicate this Conference to this Code. For this purpose, we will have the Technical General Secretariat of the Ministry of Public Works, the CEDEX and the Regional Ministry of Housing, Public Works and Territorial Development of the Generalitat Valenciana.
