The Instituto de Fomento has launched a tool for territorial competitive intelligence that facilitates analysis, preparation of market studies and business implementation projects. To do so, it uses a technology that is widely contrasted in the international environment. The Region of Murcia is the first in Spain to incorporate it.
This technology crosses geopositioned information databases so that companies can autonomously carry out their market studies, implementation analyses and obtain territorial economic reports by means of:
1.- Official statistical information for each municipality:
- Demographics, training and specialisation of the workforce.
- Companies: potential partners, suppliers, customers or competitors.
- Economic and business activity data, etc.
2.- Geopositioned location of the facilities of interest to the investor:
- Industrial estates: map, infrastructures and services available in them.
- Educational, sports and health facilities.
- Accommodation, catering and leisure facilities.
- Transport infrastructure, etc.
Search engine for industrial and commercial properties (plots, warehouses, offices, coworking, commercial premises, business incubators, etc.) where the following services are provided free of charge:
- Search for properties and/or plots of land.
- Publication of public, private and professional properties available for sale and/or rent.
