BUILDING REVOLUTION - I Construction Innovation Congress
The I Construction Innovation Congress is an event that will take place on February 29, 2024, at the "Víctor Villegas" Auditorium and Congress Center in Murcia. This congress serves as a forum to connect with leading professionals who, at both national and international levels, are driving new trends in architecture, industrialized construction, and the digital and sustainable transformation of the sector.
The congress will cover topics ranging from technological advancements and new materials to sustainable construction strategies and efficient project management methods. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in lectures, panel discussions, and practical workshops led by experienced professionals. This event has been organized by the Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with FRECOM and CTCON. Co-financed by FEDER.
Distinguished speakers at the congress include Fernando Trías de Bes, economist, writer, and regular commentator in media such as La Vanguardia or COPE; César Frías, architect from MORPH studio with extensive experience in innovative construction; Pedro Fernández-Alén, president of CNC and PTEC; Alejandro de Zunzunegui, head of the Digital Transformation Agenda for the Concrete sector, as well as executives from leading companies such as Ferrovial, Acciona, Hozono Global, Vía Ágora, and AEDAS Homes, among others.

Keynote speech by Fernando Trías de Bes, one of Spain's leading economists and international authors. He collaborates weekly in the "Dinero" supplement of La Vanguardia, in Diari ARA, in the ON Economía economic newspaper, and directs "Economía de Bolsillo" on COPE Radio. Co-author of bestsellers such as "La buena suerte" with Álex Rovira or "Innovar para ganar" with Philip Kotler, among other books on business, entrepreneurship, and creativity.
