From CTCON we offer a comprehensive advisory service to isolate and acoustically condition any type of building. The work methodology is divided into three phases:

  • Study and analysis: Qualified personnel analyze the basic project of the work taking into account the parameters of insulation and acoustic conditioning.
  • Project: Once the preliminary study has been carried out, the acoustic project is developed by introducing solutions that comply with the Basic Document HR Protection against noise of the Technical Building Code. As a complement to the completion of the study, a compliance check will be carried out with our calculation software.
  • Preparation of acoustic reports: which will be carried out by means of checks and tests "in situ" with a representative sample of the building.

CTCON has technologically advanced equipment for carrying out noise measurements, acoustic tests and "in situ" inspections in the fields of Building, Industry and the Environment. As a consequence of the needs of the sector, CTCON carries out the following types of actions in the field of noise measurements, acoustic tests and reporting:

  • Determination of levels of environmental noise and immission in homes, according to UNE-ISO 1996-2: 2009.
  • On-site measurement of acoustic insulation in buildings and construction elements, according to UNE-EN ISO 16283-1: 2015.
  • On-site measurement of acoustic insulation in buildings and construction elements, according to UNE-EN ISO 16283-2: 2016
  • In situ measurement of acoustic insulation in buildings and construction elements, according to UNE-EN ISO 16283-3: 2016.
  • Measurement of reverberation time, according to UNE-EN ISO 3382-2: 2008.
  • Determination of acoustic power levels and acoustic energy levels of noise sources from acoustic pressure. Control method using an enveloping measurement surface on a reflective plane, according to UNE-EN ISO 3746: 2011.
  • Determination of the acoustic absorption coefficient of acoustic impedance in impedance tubes. Part 2: Transfer function method, according to UNE-EN ISO 10534-2: 2002.
