Thanks to the Support Program for Technological Centers for the acquisition of scientific and technological equipment for smart specialization, published by the Ministry of Enterprise, Employment, Universities, and Spokespersonship in December 2022, CTCON will be able to acquire equipment to enhance its research lines.

This new equipment will allow for material characterization tests of cement-based materials, thermal envelope tightness tests, BlowerDoor tests, airborne and impact noise insulation tests, determination of reverberation time and immission level, conducting 3D mapping and modeling studies, remote sensing, and geolocating urban environments.

These grant calls, published by the Ministry of Enterprise, Employment, Universities, and Spokespersonship and regulated by the Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia, aimed at technological centers in the Region of Murcia for the acquisition of scientific and technological equipment for smart specialization, co-financed by the European Development Fund, have granted a NON-REPAYABLE GRANT to the project submitted by CTCON, covering 90% of the eligible investment or expenditure, amounting to 50,170.39 Euros, co-financed at 80% (up to 40,136.31 Euros) by the Global Grant from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), of which the Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia is the intermediary body.
