Yesterday, we celebrated our 20th anniversary coinciding with the General Assembly. During these two decades of dedication and commitment, we have left an indelible mark on the industry, revolutionizing traditional methods and processes through the implementation of cutting-edge solutions. Thanks to this, we have become an undisputed benchmark in the field of technological innovation for the construction sector.

Since our foundation in 2003, we have worked tirelessly to drive the development and adoption of advanced technologies in the construction field. Through a combination of cutting-edge research, strategic collaborations, and a multidisciplinary team of experts, we have managed to provide innovative and practical solutions that have completely transformed the landscape of the construction industry.

Over these 20 years, we have been pioneers in the development of revolutionary digital tools that have optimized design, planning, and construction processes. Our commitment to excellence and efficiency is reflected in our numerous projects, where we have managed to reduce execution times, improve the quality of buildings, and significantly cut costs.

We have been recognized for our sustainable approach and our commitment to eco-friendly construction, driving research into more environmentally friendly materials, implementing energy-efficient systems, and adopting sustainable construction practices, thereby contributing to the creation of greener buildings and reducing the industry's environmental footprint.

Furthermore, we have driven the implementation of technologies such as virtual and augmented reality, additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things in the construction sector. These innovations have allowed architects, engineers, and builders to visualize projects more accurately, simulate complex scenarios, optimize resource management, and enhance workplace safety.

During the event, the gold badge of CTCON was awarded in recognition of their work to the Minister of Development and Infrastructure, Mr. José Ramón Díez de Revenga, and to the former presidents of CTCON, Mr. Fulgencio Belando Aragón (2003-2008) and Mr. Miguel Mengual Ruiz (2008-2017), as the driving forces behind research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) as a key element for business competitiveness.

At the end of the event, the inauguration of the new center's facilities began, where our technicians presented the attendees with the various research lines currently being developed.

As part of our anniversary, we have announced exciting future projects that reaffirm our position as leaders in technological innovation for construction. Among them are research in new areas such as modular construction, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence applied to project management.
