Digilab Project - Partner meeting in Aalborg, Denmark

The penultimate partner meeting of the Digilab project, a European project funded by the ERASMUS+ program and ongoing since 2021, has been successfully conducted.

Digilab (http://digilab-be.eu/) aims to create an innovative digital platform to facilitate learning about the creation and use of digital twins, an emerging technology that has gained relevance in the construction industry in recent years. The project also focuses on knowledge transfer, particularly regarding digital transition, aiming to narrow the gap between the academic and professional sectors.

On this occasion, the meeting took place in Aalborg, Denmark, specifically at the University College of Northern Denmark (UCN). UCN is a higher education institution with a practical focus and strong collaboration with businesses, providing a conducive environment for idea exchange.

The meeting not only served to advance the technical aspects of the Digilab project but also provided an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships with European partners. The interaction between project members and the UCN team was fruitful, emphasizing the collaborative atmosphere and joint resolution of technical challenges.

Following this meeting, the partners' attention is now directed towards the closing event scheduled for the end of the year at the Institute of Blanca, Spain. We hope that this final gathering will not only be an opportunity to consolidate the project's achievements but also to reflect on the future impact of the digital platform developed in the educational and professional spheres.
