REBUILD 2021 exceeds all expectations with 280 exhibiting companies and more than 8,000 expected attendees
The National Congress of Advanced Architecture 4.0 will analyze the latest trends in the building sector through digitalization, sustainability and industrialization.
REBUILD is an event designed from the industry and for the industry; a platform of knowledge and information that has contributed, over the last four years, to improve and enhance the productive and business model of the construction market in Spain. In this edition, and as an added value, the fair will have 18,000m2 of exhibition area where 280 leading firms will present their latest developments as a sign of the beginning of the recovery and the motivation of the construction sector towards a transformation of the production model.
In addition, the National Congress of Advanced Architecture 4.0, held within the framework of REBUILD, is being expanded this year to five auditoriums where some 400 speakers will shed light on all the trends that will mark the path of the future of the industry through digitalization, decarbonization, new materials and industrialization.
Networking activities will be key at REBUILD, one of the main ones being the Leadership Summit, where the top leaders of the most important companies in the industry will meet. The Industrialization Challenge will also be held, a meeting between the most innovative companies in industrialized solutions with the main developers and builders where very productive synergies can be achieved for all agents. Another new feature of this edition will be the Economic Breakfast for Developers, organized by Deloitte, where a study of the real estate sector and its main challenges in 2022 will be presented.
For its part, the Construction Tech Startup Forum will bring together the best entrepreneurs and startups that are making an impact in the key areas of this event: advanced architecture, space design, construction 4.0, new materials, rehabilitation, reform and improvement of buildings and homes. In addition, the Advanced Architecture Awards 2021 return one more year to Madrid to recognize the work, the Rebuild is an event of: leadership and effort made by those companies and professionals who are committed to transformation, disruption and innovation.
